Along these jagged rooftops I’ve splintered my feet

Above the sorry signals of traffic and heat

Within my own dividers of heaven and earth

My path gave way in tatters revealing it’s worth

I got knocked down – back down to earth

Upon these solid branches I’ve climbed to the heights

Above the distant landscape of struggles and flight

Within this sacred region of cloud and of air

A gust of wind rocked me from out of nowhere

I got knocked down – back down to earth

Lift me up above the chaos

Up above, above it all

Lift me up above the shadows

I got knocked down – back down to earth
